I know he's got Ford sponsorship, but it doesn't work with any other vehicle. Grumman made the F6F Hellcat during WWII. The Hellcat's claim to fame was its ability to mop the floor with the Mitsubishi A6M Zero fighter. I don't think I have to explain my logic beyond that.
